The 13th Floor collection tour continues

Do you have your copy of The 13th Floor Complete Collection yet?

I'm handing over the keyboard to a talented reporter today. Lois King was the one who revealed to the world that dragons still exist. What? You don't remember that article? Hmm, something suspicious is going on.

Head on over to Jackie Felger's blog to read a little slice from Lois' life with dragonslayer, Xan.

Don't forget to enter the giveaway on Cherie's blog for a chance to win a signed copy of the collection!

Moonless cover reveal

Alexia must choose safety and an arranged marriage, or true love and being hunted by the Soulless every moonless night.

Title: Moonless
Author: Crystal Collier
Series: Maiden of Time #1
Publication: November 13th, 2013
Category: Young Adult (YA)
Genre: Historical Paranormal Romance

Blurb:  In the English society of 1768 where women are bred to marry, unattractive Alexia, just sixteen, believes she will end up alone. But on the county doorstep of a neighbor’s estate, she meets a man straight out of her nightmares, one whose blue eyes threaten to consume her whole world—especially later when she discovers him standing over her murdered host in the middle of the night.

Among the many things to change for her that evening are: her physical appearance—from ghastly to breathtaking, an epidemic of night terrors predicting the future, and the blue-eyed man’s unexpected infusion into her life. Not only do his appearances precede tragedies, but they’re echoed by the arrival of ravenous, black-robed wraiths on moonless nights.

Unable to decide whether he is one of these monsters or protecting her from them, she uncovers what her father has been concealing: truths about her own identity, about the blue-eyed man, and about love. After an attack close to home, Alexia realizes she cannot keep one foot in her old life and one in this new world. To protect her family she must either be sold into a loveless marriage, or escape with the man of her dreams and risk becoming one of the Soulless.

Praise for MOONLESS:
Bethany Kaczmarek, editor at A Little Red, Inc: MOONLESS is powerful, compelling, and packed with soul. MOONLESS is wonderful. So many threads, such rich backstory. Such amazing world-building. It was familiar England, yet always hinting at a sense of Otherness. Made me wonder if those things had really been there all along and I missed them.

Author Bio: Crystal, author of MOONLESS, is a former composer/writer for Black Diamond Productions. She can be found practicing her brother-induced ninja skills while teaching children or madly typing about fantastic and impossible creatures. She has lived from coast to coast and now calls Florida home with her creative husband, three littles, and “friend” (a.k.a. the zombie locked in her closet). Secretly, she dreams of world domination and a bottomless supply of cheese. You can find her on her blog and Facebook, or follow her on Twitter.

The Vanished Knight is now available & a birthday break

Blurb:
The Black Knight, Nordaine’s crown prince, has no legitimate blood heirs, meaning someone must be appointed to succeed him. With two of the candidates’ families willing to kill for the appointment and the third candidate being seen as a threat to all, peace is balanced on a sword’s edge.

But then the Black Knight vanishes.

Darrion and Gawain, two of his possible heirs, set out to find him, but after they rescue an earth-girl from Merithian soldiers, they discover she has possible ties to Nordaine. Not only that, but Callan Blair could be an Elvish princess. And war looms on the horizon…

The 13th Floor collection blog tour with Vetis, Goodreads Giveaway, & Creepy Freebies

The 13th Floor Collection blog tour continues!
Today my keyboard has been snatched by Vetis, the infamous villain from THE MARQUIS. How he convinced me to let him have his own guest post, I don't know. I'm easily tempted by chocolate, though.

Click on over to Elizabeth Arroyo's blog
to find out what Vetis has to say.

Along with the giveaways happening during the tour, I have a Goodreads giveaway going on for the entire month! (Does anyone know how to invite people on Goodreads to enter a giveaway?)

The 13th Floor Collection blog tour & Partners in ParanormalYA Blitz

Today is a big day!
Not only do I have some very special guests on my blog, but I have a special post for you today for my blog tour with the wonderful Annalisa Crawford.
I will be revealing my brand new author photo.
YIKES!
I'm more nervous about this than revealing my cover for the Collection.

I'm so very pleased to have here with me today one of my favorite ghosts. I'm a big fan of Franny. You'll see why!

Welcome to Franny Knows Best! I’m your ghost TV show host who should know the most, at least I should after 125 years. Let’s welcome my guest, Badger of Givin’ Up the Ghost and A Guilty Ghost Surprised fame.

*enter Badger from backstage. He settles on the couch beside Franny, who’s hovering ever so slightly above the cushion*

Franny: Thanks for coming on my show today, Badger.

Badger: Glad to be here.

Franny: Now let’s get right down to it. Are you afraid of girls?

Badger: What the bloody…? Um, why…erm…who…what?

Franny: It’s okay if you are. I can give you a few pointers. You know I have a way with men from my time as a madam.

Badger: Wait…no. I’m not afraid of girls.

Franny: Well, I’m quite confused on why you haven’t set about courting Indigo. Is it those baggy sweat shirts she wears? I do try to get her to accentuate her feminine wiles at times.

Badger: Indigo’s bloody wonderful. It’s just…complicated.

*cue the Downtown Abbey intro song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7XZPt4uKxQo*

Franny: *speaking over the music*: That is all for today’s show. Come back again when another guest gives me a chance to help them because Franny Knows Best.

About A Guilty Ghost Surprised: Indigo Eady and gang are back with a  feather and a Chance setting off another twisting-turning investigation to bring a cold case, and loved ones, closure at last.

The 13th Floor Collection blog tour sticking with the IWSG for October 2013

The Insecure Writer's Support Group (IWSG) is the brilliant idea of Alex J. Cavanaugh. The purpose of the group is to share doubts and insecurities and to encourage one another. Please visit the other participants and share your support. A kind word goes a long way.

I love this group so much. I couldn't miss it during my blog tour. So today I have my IWSG post at M.J. Fifield's blog. She has graciously accepted to host me today as I share the insecurities I had while writing the 13th Floor series.

Don't forget to enter the giveaway. If you don't win this one, remember there will be four more this month!
