Saturday Snapshot is hosted by Alyce at At Home With Books
My little dragon.
There's a great place in town where parents can take their kids to play and it's free.
It's a giant room filled with toys. There's also a box full of dress-up clothes.
Yesterday was the first day my son wanted to dress up as something.
There was another cute little boy dressed as a princess,
but I didn't think his mother would appreciate a stranger taking his photo!
Yay! Thank you all for your encouragement and support.
I'll be having a giveaway some time within the next week.
Stay tuned!
You son has good taste in costumes.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on two hundred followers!
What a fun place for kids. I really like the idea of the dress-up box. Cute photo!
ReplyDeleteHere's MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT
I want to have my own dress-up box at home, but we don't have the room. He lives wearing our clothes, though!
DeleteThat sounds like a great place for kids and parents!
ReplyDeleteGreat photo. He looks so adorable.
ReplyDeleteThat is so neat that it is free! I've been to places like that but they have all charged a fee.
ReplyDeletevery cute Christine.
ReplyDeleteKids are so awesome! My boys used to runa round with blankets tied around the necks... they were Harry Potter. I should really look for those pics...
ReplyDeleteThose would be great to share! I hope my son loves Harry Potter as much I do. I'd play that all day long with him.
DeleteAlexander used to end up dressed as Belle from Beauty and the Beast. But then, he was the only boy in a day care room full of girls, and I think THEY dressed him. He didn't care. He said the dress was "comfortable."

Alex is wise beyond his years! And if he's to dress up as one of the Disney princesses, Belle is a good choice.
DeleteAw, that's so sweet! My youngest had a fondness for feminine bling for a while but seems to have outgrown it. I have some cute photos of him from last year posing with a glamorous bracelet he chose from his school's prize box. :)
ReplyDeleteHi, I found your blog through the 80s crush fest. Your son is very cute. I have two sons, and boys are great. My hubby's from Bloomington IN. Nice town, that one. WE always go to the Lotus Festival. Following you now.
ReplyDeleteHi and welcome! We haven't managed to get to Lotus in a few years, but hopefully this year we'll make it. We did get to Taste of Bloomington last year, though. Hot and crowded, but great food!
DeleteFun picture and it sounds like a very fun place.

Congrats on the 200 followers:) Love your son's crocodile jacket.. how cute.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 200 followers, that's huge. Such a cute photo too.
ReplyDeleteThat's a cute picture and I like the creativity of the costumes.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny how little boys will choose something pretty like a princess costume until their friends tell them it's not ok.
Hey, I had that same exact Ring-Toss toy back when I was a kid a hundred years ago!
ReplyDeleteOnly -- I don't think I was this CUTE, really.
Congrats on the 200 Followers milestone.
Man, if I had 200 Followers.... seriously, I would form a cult.
Very nice place for kids dress up. Thanx for sharing. Every kid love this place to come.
