I wonder a lot what goes through my son's mind.
What do two-year-old's think about?
He's already hipper than his mommy.
I turn the radio to the 80's station.
He likes tech music, and his new love, Gotye.
I can't get that dang song out of my head now!
Your son is so cute!
ReplyDeleteMy oldest son, who just turned three, has many musical loves. Gotye is one of them, but both of my boys are also into hard rock. The oldest is getting to be obsessed with guitars. I may have a fledgling rock band on my hands if this keeps up.
Thank you! I think I could handle a guitar, but I don't know if I could handle it if my son wanted to be a drummer!
DeleteThe lil man loves 70's music and 1950s-1960s Jamaican Ska. If you think that you wouldn't be able to handle your cutie being a drummer, try trumpet AND trombone player. My ears, they bleed!
ReplyDeleteSpawn is pretty eclectic! Oh dear, a trumpet and a trombone? And here I was thinking drums would be bad.
DeleteTry reading Piaget, he studied this age group with some interesting and still relevant results.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the recommendation. I'll have to check Piaget out! :)
DeleteWhat a cutie! Enjoy your mother's day weekend!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Have a great weekend yourself. :)
DeleteIf he were my son, he'd be thinking about what mischief he could get into next. ;)
ReplyDeleteHappy Mother's Day!
Happy Mother's day to you too!
DeleteAren't children grand? An endless source of wonder...and of wondering ;-) Happy Mother's day, Christine. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love Goyte too...:) He's from Australia too.
ReplyDeleteYou're soon looks like's up to something... or maybe ask him Mom for something sweet:)
