Happy 2014!

May this be one of the best years for all of us!

I did great with last year's goals.
I'll be posting my writing goals for this year very soon.

I didn't manage to read as many books in 2013 (112) as I did in 2012 (128), but I wrote a lot more! I still hope to read 100 books in 2014.

Cheers!

  3. Happy New Year, Christine. I'm pleased you achieved so much during the past year. I certainly couldn't read 100 books in a year. I'd never do any writing. I'm looking forward to finding out what your goals are - perhaps I could learn something.

  7. Happy New Year to you!!

Well done on doing so well with your goals. ;) I did probably 50% well with my goals, I'd say, but I still achieved a lot in 2013. So I'm happy with that.

This year I'll be scaling back the number of goals a great deal, but I'll be focusing on things I have been wanting to achieve for a couple of years now and have instead neglected.

  10. Happy New Year! Good for you on achieving your goals.

I certainly didn't get as much writing done as I had anticipated, but I have to look on the bright side- being sick allowed me to knock it out of the park when it comes to reading! Ha.

Looking forward to seeing all of your 2014 goals soon.

  21. *high five*

100 books for me too! I have no idea how close I came this year, but it was close, if not over the line. You know, that used to seem like an impossible number, but when you read enough that your speed improves... I mean, how cool is it to be able to burn through two books in a single day? Now if only the writing speed matched the reading speed...

    Happy 2014!

  22. I missed all goals: writing, reading, house keeping...the only thing that went up was the numbers on the scale!

  23. Hi Christine,

And cheers to you, my friend. I admire anybody who can read that many books.

    Here's to a fruitful 2014.
