Lurking about

Marking our Christmas tree with a flag!

Good morning, friends. Yes, I'm still lurking about the blogosphere. I've been taking it easy, though. I haven't been online that much. I'm trying to relax this month when it comes to net stuff since October and November were so incredibly busy. So don't think I've forgotten about you if I haven't visited your blog in a little while. I want to set up a regular schedule for myself starting in the new year for blog posts and blog visiting.

I finished a supernatural western Christmas short story for my local critique group meeting this Saturday. Now I'm working on my first round of revisions for one of my WIPs. I hope to get it out to my CPs at the latest by the end of January.

Don't forget to enter to win a copy of The 13th Floor Complete Collection! You can also find more freebies and raffles this month with 'Tis More Blessed. Treat yourself.

  2. It's great to take a blog rest, especially at this time of year when it's quiet. I need to set up a better schedule for next year too.

  5. It was good to see your marking the tree. He looked so happy.
I already have your 13th Floor collection so I'm not entering. I'd like to give some copies of my book away, so I'll have to find out how.
    Have a wonderful Christmas.

Won't be online much the second half of the month either.

  10. Good luck on the revisions. I'm doing approximately one post a week. Just posted some wintery pix on my blog--it's faster than a written post and fun.

  12. I love picking out the Christmas tree every year!

But then, it's stored in a box in the basement, so it makes it easy to choose...

    ;)

But while the tree is artificial, the memories, and traditions, and family love in all the decorations on it are 100% real!

Good luck with your WIP edits and have a wonderful Christmas!

  13. Cute picture! I've never been out to pick a real tree before. We've always had the artificial ones. And it's good to take a break sometimes. :)

  18. We just got our tree last night - I made my daughter stand guard over it while I scoped out the place to make sure it was the one I wanted. Have a Merry Christmas!

  21. I sometimes only have time to lurk, too. It's not always easy to find time to escape to the blogosphere!

Anyway, good lock completing your revisions by the end of January! Will keep my fingers crossed that you finish 'em sooner rather than later... :)
