Teaser Tuesday with Deadlocked

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
This is the next installment in Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse series. I eat these books up like they're chocolate chip cookies. Yum!

    The series is great, but I'm waiting for it to come to an end, and I really want it to end with Sookie staying with a certain gorgeous blond Viking vampire. I'm not sure what's going to happen though!

    I have not gotten very far in the Sookie books. In fact, she's still trying to figure things out with Bill where I'm at. :) I look forward to reading more, though.
